Working with quality system Advanced Product Quality Planning(APQP) and Control Plans ensured the development and produciton of PTO Drive shaft and Gearbox satisfy the specified requirements of customer completely.
Through continued research of development along with high volume production and up-to-date Gleason and CNC engineering technology applied, we are able to customize the PTO Drive Shaft and Gearbox with more competitive advantage both on quality and value .
Our production operated by CNC Machine was consistently monitored and recorded.
SPC is applied in order to monitor and control a process. Monitoring and controlling the process ensures that it operates at its full potential. This process can make as much conforming product as possible.
